No returns or exchanges: Because each piece is handcrafted and inspected before dispatch, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Check before you order: Please check size, color, and product instructions carefully before placing your order.

Defect-only returns: We accept returns only for proven manufacturing defects. To be eligible you must:

Record a short video showing the package being opened and clearly showing the defect.

Please submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and an unboxing video. Our return window is 2 days, meaning you must dispatch the item for return within 2 days of receiving it.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return courier charges.

Store credit: If the defect is confirmed after our quality review, we will issue store credit (no cash refunds). . We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund as store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be send email or WhatsApp Store credit details on your register email id & Phone number within 10 business days.
Please note that Store credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. -
Inspection & decision: All defect claims are subject to a thorough review and quality check by our team. Decisions are made after this inspection.

How to request a return: Email us at am.pinknrani@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos, and a brief description. We will respond with next steps. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
