Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All our products are handcrafted with care, and every piece goes through a detailed quality check before dispatch.

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of confirmation for ready to ship products.

  • Make to order products are usually processed and shipped within 20-25  business days of confirmation. 

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Delivery within India typically takes:

    • 3–7 business days for metro cities.

    • 5–10 business days for other locations.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India: Free for order Above INR 5000 /- &  Flat ₹ 150/- for orders below INR 5000/-

  • For international orders (if applicable), shipping charges and timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional customs duties or import taxes for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Handcrafted Variation Notice

  • Each item is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the natural process.

  • These variations are not considered defects but a reflection of the product’s unique craftsmanship.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order using the courier’s website or the link shared.

6. Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot make changes once the order is processed.

  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.

7. Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for courier delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, or network issues).

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at am.pinknrani@gmail.com.
